Review Guidelines

We want your comments to be heard! Here are a few simple suggestions to guide your writing.

What to include:

  • Remember your audience is other college students. Talk to them.
  • Reference specific items in the resource that you found useful. Share how you could adapt this information for studying in your classes.
  • Keep in mind that students may not have read the resource. Your comments may spur them to read it immediately or to skip it and go on to a better one.

What not to include:

The usual Regs apply. Here they are:

  • No flaming or blaming.
  • No profanity, obscenties or innuendos.
  • No racist or sexist remarks.
  • No single word reviews. Remember we want to know what you liked or disliked about the material.

Note: the reviews are not the place to tell us about typos or broken links. Use the Feedback form to let us know about specific problems or give us general comments about how to make the site better.
