I really enjoyed this article, I have a lot of anxiety and one of the things during a test that gets me nervous is this part that they included "Don't panic when students start handing in their papers. There's no reward for being the first done". I hate feeling like I am taking too long.

The simple break down of self-help was very easy to understand and print off. I do experience many of these symptoms and having this list near by while taking my test has been helping me relax and feel comfortable with the material. I'm still learning. However it is information like this that helps tremendously.

For someone who suffers from extreme test anxiety this page really hit it home for me! It will be something I use whenever taking a test. Sometimes we just need a little reminder of what to do in the heat of a test and things get fuzzy! This page offers great advice that I will be utilizing! I am happy to have taken the time to read through the entire page. Because it basically described my anxiety in a nutshell!

This article was very insightful. It really made me feel like test anxiety is more common than I thought. I liked how it summed everything up and broke it down into three components of test anxiety. It also gave some great tips for things to do before a test and while you are taking a test to calm your anxiety.

This article explains what test anxiety is as well as it gives you helpful techniques on how to handle your text anxiety.

your anxiety then learn how to control it! But they don't just stop there, they give you approaches to each! It also goes on by adding the fact that it might just be that you weren't prepared as much as you should have been and you might be blaming anxiety for your lack of preparation. Then they give you helpful things to do before and after the test!

This article was very helpful to me and how I will control my test anxiety for the future!
