Great article! Though some of the suggestions probably won't materialize for some procrastinators (e.g. keeping a journal daily), some of them were great! Rehearsing talking to an instructor, getting help from friends to be accountable, and doing the worst task first are all great ideas. I like the idea of sitting and thinking about how you will feel later when you actually have to do the work in less time than you would have had if you would have just done a little at a time. Also reflecting on what you learn when you make a mistake. Great suggestions, I can use these with students who are struggling with getting work done!

This paper seemed very helpful. They seem to have all the basic steps so you will not procrastinate. I like the idea of rewarding yourself when you finish, like with TV time or something that way. It seems more relaxed when you start your next assignment or so. I think I could use a couple of tips from here, like rewarding yourself and setting reminders. I think this article seems helpful and will help others to read it.

I really like this article and I think that it gives really good tips, like having reminders and also rewarding yourself with watching TV or something that you like. Some people dislike the idea of having an agenda because it does not help, but they can talk to their instructor for help or with friends. I like this article it has really good tips that I could use.

This was a great site. I have a big problem with procrastination, and I feel like these tips will actually help me out. Reading about the different tips I do think they can help anyone with procrastination. It's a great article to read if you are a bad procrastinator.

I really enjoy the break it down tip because one of my biggest issues is waiting to do it all at once, and after reading this tip I feel it will make a difference.

Procrastination is something I fight with constantly and it causes me so much stress in the end. This article cuts straight to the heart of the problem and how to deal with your procrastinating. All ten of these tips are great. my favorite, however,is to set reminders. I am really good at making a task list but pencil is just too easy to erase. I am going to start setting reminders in my phone to help in pushing me to do my assignments/tasks when the reminder goes off.

I tend to navigate more towards these types of articles because I like a good list I can check off. Being able to see that I am a procrastinator in the worst way and having a list of potential remedies is helpful. There are a few on this list that I am going to try like be positive, pick your spot because I do not do good at home, and rewarding myself.
