I agree with all of the suggestions given to reduce stress: especially, visualizations, breathing exercises, and music. Those are all stress relievers that I use myself.

Another that is not mentioned though; that I believe works well, is to give yourself "down" time every night to just relax and not think about anything. This is a pretty good article and if people need ideas for stress relief, this would be a good article to read.
