I personally have experienced bad test anxiety with just about every test I have ever taken. After reading this and knowing there are plenty of resources at my finger tips, makes me feel like I might just make it through my next text without sweating as much.

Got to remember not to talk about the test right before the test to anyone. Didn't think about that making me anxious. Can't wait to test my testing.

I have had an increase in test anxiety and I thought talking about it would help it subside. However, it had the opposite effect. This site brought that to my attention.

I enjoyed reading these tips for test anxiety because I noticed I get a little antsy when I begin a test. Reading the tips really helped me out. It gives great ideas on how to relieve stress about taking test. Good study habits are very important because if you studied well then you’ll know the answers. It’s a great site to read, if you have issues with text anxiety.
