I use this method a lot. I am a goal setter, but I also have to write a task list so that I am sure not to forget something/an assignment for that week. My number one weakness is saying no to my family when they ask for my help. This method is a great one and I will continue to work on it in combination of a couple of the others.

The purpose of this site is to give you strategies to improve your motivation. It gives you realistic strategies and goals to help motivate you and get your work done!

My two favorites are: positive imagery and self care. I believe these two are very critical in self motivation. All strategies, however, are helpful and truly make you feel like you can get motivated and get anything done! I will definitely share this site with any of my friends who are feeling a lack of motivation!

I have noticed if I make my goals small and do able I am more able to succeed. Keep in mind to give myself rewards. It gives me something to look forward to. I wanted to give up my dreams of furthering my education but the group of supporters behind me wouldn't let me. I'm glad I didn't give up!

I need to work on distractions and learn to ask for professional help when I need it. I am going to take back my life today! To put my future ahead of me! Today is the day for organization of home, family, finances, work, and my studies. Not necessary that order.

12 Strategies for Motivation That Work!

This website, while not the most in depth, was very useful. It contained 12 strategies that were simple and to the point. The strategies were in a list form, which I found very useful. This is designed to give people ways that they can manage to motivate themselves.

Each strategy had a simple bolded word or phrase, in the middle of each point, that summed up the main idea of each small paragraph. Each small paragraph succinctly explained what the strategy was, while not excluding any integral details. If the paragraph was about setting goals the word Goalswould be in bold. With the paragraph saying that you should make sure that your goals are realistic and achievable, starting small.

This simplistic easy way of listing out ways that one could and should be able to motivate themselves, is very reader friendly and student friendly.

I personally liked it because it was easy to read, but got the point across quite easily and quickly, giving ideas that you could easily find ways to expand on it yourself. It gives you just enough direction, but allows you to find your own way to personalize it.

The site that I chose was 12 strategies for motivation. This was a great site for me to review because I have a hard time staying motivated to start and finish things. I feel that the best thing that this site taught me was to say NO to distractions. I feel that there are a lot of things that I say YES to rather than no. I feel that I find time to look at Facebook and instagram at any point that I want to but when it comes to school and work, I am just not motivated. I printed this list and plan to post one at my work and also in my office at home. I found it to be very helpful in my studies.

This article was very clear to read and very helpful. The words that were bold brought my attention the most. The key words, just reading them alone present the important, helpful information to be motivated. A lot of times we get so motivated to accomplish our goal, we start off really good following the schedule as time goes by we slowing loss that motivation and die off. However these twelve strategies help us to stay motivated to achieve our goal.

First of all you need to set a realistic and achievable goal and also a reward to strive for. It's important to think positive, seek support from loved ones and positive imagery, Also learning to say NO, this is something i'm struggling with.

Find something that will motivate you like put up pictures or inspirational quotes where you can see them every day. It's essential to stay motivated to achieve your goal.

This article notifies you exactly what the topic says. it gives you 12 helpful strategies for motivation. the first strategy will be setting your goal because we all have to start from the beginning. then as you keep reading it gives you an outline of what the next step or in this case what the next strategy will be once you set your goal.

It also tells you on saying no to distractions, seeking support from loved ones so you can stay on task and not lose interest in it. I am currently studying procrastination/stress and I can say all of these strategies where in my book/notes so I can trust this website.

I believe this whole page is noteworthy because like I said all 12 bullets where found in my book. This page was really effective and is easy to follow. It enhanced my understanding because of how brief and to the point each bullet is. It does not have unnecessary information.
