Straight out of the gate starting classes has stressed me out. My thoughts and feelings. Finding the skills to build confidence in the new structure. I found that the Mindfulness exercises within the coping skills tab were extremely helpful. Not only does it give you new ideas on how to relieve current stress,but also gives you tools to use for future stress and anxiety. The Statements I found to be most helpful were " Thoughts are not facts."and "I am not my thoughts."

There is also a Tension Diary for you to use everyday. This has been a great read.
