This video presents us with seven tips or strategies to overcome test anxiety. Starting out, they state that a good diet one week up to your test can help lower that anxiety, and that setting realistic goals can help you feel confident. Another tip they gave was to get at LEAST 6 hours of sleep the night of the test which will help your brain be refreshed and able to recall information. The tips presented in the video are actually very useful and important to understand. Before watching the video I could tell you about two of the tips they give you but after watching it, I now know even more tips and what to do when it comes to taking tests and feeling anxious.

I found this video very humorous and fun to watch! The tips in the video are very helpful and they way they show you little skits about each of them helps you remember them. The first one they talk about it getting at least 6 hours of sleep before a test. They tell us that eating a balanced diet is very important also, foods high in fiber for breakfast will help the brain from crashing. To boost confidence you should make realistic goals for yourself. Another thing to boost confidence would be imagining yourself in a happy moment then back to taking your test. Writing down your insecurities and writing something to prove it wrong will also help boost your confidence. If you go see where your test will be taken a head of time that will help you feel more confident and keep you from being late. I really liked the guys that put this video together and I genuinely enjoyed it. I would like to watch more of their videos in the future.
