Stress, is something I need to let go of in some situations. Reading this article let me see the way I handle things around me. Not to please everybody. Do what I can and let others handle their own agenda.

I feel like this too. Stress was always a huge factor in my everyday life. What happens is I feel stressed and shut down. The reson I'm pointing this out to you and myself is because it's a huge problem for my learning. Shutting down is only hurting me so I need to find a way to release the stress so I can be more open to learning and study better.

I have always thought that taking breaks just takes time away you need for work, but this helpul article showed me that not only are the breaks needed but essential for keeping stress under control. I like the idea of rewarding yourself for your hard work as well as it's easy to forget to take care of yourself not only physically but also emotionally.

No matter what, I always have this feeling I have to rush to get everything done, even when I don\'t have anything to do. The only thing I do not rush about is getting my homework done. I'm hoping after a week or so when I get used to school, things will get a little easier and a little less stressful.
