Math Study Skills Inventory

Math Skills Study Inventory
Joy Barker, College Freshman
Moraine Valley Community College, Palos Hills, Illinois

Thankfully! True to it's word! This math skills study inventory does NOT involve numbers! I completed this online, in less than two minutes, and for my time, was rewarded with an immediate evaluation. Following the prompts,I linked to a resource site that offers exactly what I need to achieve my college math requirements.

Unfortunately, the site is not clear on whether this is material that is purchased as a student, or as a school. I hope to find out through an email address on the site, because these tools are "just that good!"

Be Honest with Yourself
George Sliter, Grad

This inventory of our math skills and study practices may look intimidating because it has 34 questions and gives us an individual grade. BUT if you're SERIOUS ABOUT LEARNING MATH and HONEST WITH YOURSELF, there is a lot to learn from this resource about improving your grasp of math and getting a HIGHER GRADE.

I'm an "old timer" so heard practically nothing from my teachers about worthwhile study practices. Do yourself a favor and use this evaluation to assess your math study habits. It's part of a site examining math "anxiety", but this inventory is for all math learners. Wish I had it 50 years ago!

Completely Accurate!
College Sophomore
Sierra Community College, NCC

This Study Skills Inventory is completely accurate. If you want to know if you need to improve your math studying skills here is where to go. I was never really aware of my way of studying math, but after taking this I realize how I wasn't studying as much as I could. I would only study enough to get A's on the test and not really pay attention to what I was learning!
