I love this aricle because it shows a step by step process on how to summarize a long paper which I will be doing a lot in English Comp.

I find this very informative in what questions would be appropriate to ask. I think it helps the reader and focus on the importance of the topic. I feel it also helps prepare for the questions that might be asked on the tests. It's what happens in real life that helps me to relate and sticks in the mind to get a real picture on what it is I'm be studying.

Making a summary may look easy because it is mostly done in a single paragraph; but making it sensible is the hardest part. And the gravest mistakes people make in writing a summary is using the original passages from the author. So, this is a really a helpful article.

This website mainly talk about why a student must not simply summarize the text what they read on their research paper. I think this is really helpful because many students tend to just summarize the text and don’t really “analyze” the text, and they don’t even notice that they are just restating what the author talked about.
