The best way to have a NON stressful day is to plan ahead with a day planner. And having a good night's rest.

To relieve stress is don't do everything at once, because it could put you under stress. Managing my time, raising my son alone is very difficult. I have to keep his mind occupied and busy and manage time for my self and do my work while he's not distracting me.

This site was very helpful.I have 4 children it takes a lot of time to get everybody settled down. I will try out some of these suggestions and also try to teach my kids some of these suggestions.

This resource helped me out a lot in ways that I have not tried doing before. I will use this resources into helping me in relieving stress and know how to be stress free. I will now always plan ahead and make sure I have a back up plan if needed.

I have found that being much older than most of the students is very difficult for me. I have to study more than what a younger person and I have to read the course work many times to make sure that I understand what the instructor want's me to do. I also have to take care of my husband who has dementia and agent orange. I do most of the work at home and I have to make sure that I set a time for my school work. This is very hard for me to do, but I seem to be adjusting to it quite well and I know that I can do anything I set my mind to.

Managing stress can be a bit difficult at times but you have to remember just sit back relax and take deep breaths. Once I just stop what I'm doing for a few seconds or minutes to take a deep breath, I'm at it again. We are only human so it's ok if we make mistakes that is why we learn from them. Breathing correctly helps me maintain my stress level a lot.
